suited and booted

Popped into the Goodwill near my office. Hadn't been there in several months cos my last visit wasn't very exciting...but ch-ch-ch-changes. The first thing I found were these loafers that were obviously way too big. Didn't get them.

But then look what I found!

They're made in CANADA too. When was the last time anything decent was made in Canada? They were unsigned so I can't tell ya what brand they are, but for $7.99 I guess it doesn't matter.

Also went to see CSS at Lee's. Datarock went first. Very entertaining. They played "I've had the time of my life" from Dirty Dancing and put a smile on everyone face.

Then Busdriver came on.

And finally CSS. Lovefoxxx is some sweet little fizzy drink of a performer.

She even whipped off her clothes to reveal this gem of a bodysuit underneath.

Sorry the photos are crap...apparently I can only use the camera to take pictures of old dirty clothes and books.

i'm a lumber jack

I know it's kinda tired, but I've been finding alot of a lumber jack print lately. I only do black and white. I don't usually wear red, I guess:

The shirt, $7.99
Le SportSac fanny pack was 50 cents.

I also found these:

Canvas "Pierre Cardin" handbag, $6.99
Silver wedge sandals, $9.99 (this is more than I usually like to spend but they were such a good fit and I only have one other pair of wearable sandals at the moment)
White knock-off Ray Bans, 99 cents
Black leather handbag, $3.99

Since I'm starting this blog 15 years after my first second-hand shopping experience, I'll try to put up some of my previous favourite finds.

Here are some photos I took in Montreal last week.
